APG develops and distributes analysis software to support the execution and measurement of your reliability projects. We also provide leading edge reliability software through our partner Ivara Corporation and are well suited to helping clients implement and get the most out of their CMMS, whether Avantis, Maximo, SAP, Oracle. This enables APG to provide a full solution to your reliability requirements. 

CORE

To support our CORE practice (short for Cost, Opportunity, Return and Effort), APG has developed the CORE software application. This CORE package allows you to easily measure the financial impact of improved equipment reliability, ensuring that you will understand which equipment has the largest impact on your operations and provides a foundation for building a reliability roadmap for your improvement initiatives. With CORE, answering the "where to start?" and "how many resources to allocate?" questions with data-driven precision.

EXP Professional 

The quintessential asset manager's tool, EXP Professional is a standalone software package that will enable you to record and implement Reliability Centered Maintenance, Maintenance Task Analysis and Equipment Criticality for your assets. EXP Professional ensures that all relevant data is captured during an equipment analysis and you will be able to easily and intuitively link failure modes to work performed.

RCM Connect

In order to bridge the process gap between "analysis" and "on-the-floor maintenance," APG has developed RCM Connect, a software package that will take your EXP Professional-enabled RCM2 and MTA analyses and transform them into discrete tasks that can be easily imported into your CMMS and incorporated into your maintenance routines. This software tool is the difference between a reliability project that sits on the shelf and one that is an integral part of your daily maintenance programs, resulting in the Return on Investment identified in your improvement business case.
