The Asset Performance Group recognizes that each organization has different resource and time constraints, therefore our approach is flexible. We are comfortable delivering the improvement practices directly or working with your organization to develop skills internally.

At APG we also understand that a reliability solution, like any other organizational initiative, requires change management in order to be successful and sustainable. We understand that in order to be successful, we need to apply the right mix of training, behaviour measurement, results reporting and above all, a communication of ‘what’s in it for me’ to the people that will be accountable to deliver on its outcomes.
